Sacred Centers is in the process of getting CEU or CEC approval for all its courses and for the certification program in general. Because CEU approval is different for therapists, bodyworkers, nurses, chiropractors, physical therpists, etc. it requires separate applications for each discipline. We have waited for the curriculum to be established before embarking on this application process, so all courses could be submitted, hence the delay. We hope to have all courses set up with CEU approval within a couple of months in as many disciplines as possible or appropriate. In some cases, CEU credit may be available retroactively, for courses taken in the past, but this is a more cumbersome process and we make no guarantees that it will be approved. For people who need CEU credits, along with credit toward certification, there may be a small fee charged by the granting institution for their own administrative processing. This has nothing to do with Sacred Centers, but is a separate fee you may have to pay, usually less than $10 per credit. Hopefully, many of the workshops that you see offered for later in the year of 2001 will have CEU approval before they happen. Stay tuned!!
