How the Certification Program Works:

The Sacred Centers Certification Program (SCCP) exists to train individuals in a thorough understanding and application of the chakra model for healing and personal development. We have found that this profound formula for wholeness provides a powerful context for transformation of all kinds: in mind, body, spirit, and culture. In all our teachings, we seek to contact, embody, and expand the experience of sacred realms, both within and without.

We invite you to become a Certified Sacred Centers:

• Co-Heart (Introductory Level)
• Sacred Centers Teacher (Professional Level)
• Sacred Centers Healer (Professional Level)

Students in the Co-Heart Program complete coursework from Curriculum 101 through 104:

• 101 – SEVEN WINDOWS TO THE SOUL – Basic Chakra Weekend
• 102 – ENERGY AWARENESS: Awaken Your Untapped Mind or suitable equivalent
• 103 – CHAKRA AWAKENING: Psychology of the Chakras (7 day intensive)
• 104 – CREATION IS ECSTASY! BREAKTHROUGH WORKSHOP: Manifestation through the Chakras (3 day)

Those in the Professional Program complete the Co-Heart Pre-requisites and then take the required courses for their track specialization.

Sacred Centers workshops are offered throughout the year in various locations across North America and Europe. Students wishing to pursue certification take the courses they need at times and locations best suited to them, and complete their training in their own time. There is no set starting or ending time. Some students focus on this material exclusively, taking several workshops each year, and others take many years to go through the program. When course completion and other requirements are met, including demonstration of sufficient understanding, certification is granted.

How You Will Benefit

Sacred Centers Graduates integrate their learning into their professional lives as yoga teachers, psychotherapists, bodyworkers, and coaches. Graduates can advertise their practices on our REFERRAL PAGE, list their classes under GRADUATE EVENTS, and publish articles on the website. In addition, each student becomes part of an ongoing community of Sacred Centers Co-Hearts, connected through periodic conference calls, meetings, and collaboration on projects. This powerful connection to the Sacred Centers community deepens students’ engagement with the chakra model, assists them in their unfolding mission in the world, and provides an opportunity for inspiring and empowering each other.

Each Professional Track Student receives initial and ongoing personal guidance throughout the program and priority consideration to assist in Sacred Centers courses. Completing the Sacred Centers Certification Program is an organic process that offers profound personal growth. As you integrate the wide range of learning and wisdom of the chakras into your own inner development, your ability to teach and guide others grows exponentially.

I began studying with Anodea Judith of Sacred Centers in 1995. The workshops she gives are truly wonderful. The material is thorough, well thought-out and researched. The programs are interactive and fun. I eventually completed the Sacred Centers certification course and implemented the things I learned into my own private psychotherapy practice . Application Process and Fees

Sacred Centers Courses lead to Co-Heart and Professional Certification and are sponsored by leading organizations nationally and internationally, and given at different times and locations throughout the year. Students begin certification through an application process and proceed at a pace that suits their location, finances, & professional needs.

Co-Heart Certification: Prospective students fill out a short application and pay $49.

Professional Certification: If you are accepted into the program, the one-time fee is $500. Payment plans are available.

Course fees vary according to the sponsoring institution, but generally compare in price to workshops of a similar nature. Students complete courses one by one at the locations most accessible to them. Books and materials vary and are the responsibility of the student.

Supervision is available to you as a student, as needed, to support your learning process, for a fee separately negotiated. The amount of supervision required will vary depending upon your background, skills, & goals.

CEU’s: All Sacred Centers courses have been pre-approved in California for Continuing Education Credit for MFTs and LCSWs. We give a certificate of attendance for each course, stating the hours and title, which usually suffices for CEU credit in other states or categories. Some sponsoring institutions may manage the dispensation of these credits. More about CEU’s

Continuing Education Units

Anodea Judith, PhD. is a 500 hr. RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). All our classes are pre-approved in California for CEU’s by the Board of Behavioral Science. Other states usually approve our classes when you send in your class certificate of attendance, given upon request for any Sacred Centers workshop. Some courses may be eligible for certification in other yoga teacher training programs. More about CEU’s

Application for Assisting Sacred Centers Courses

If enrollment is large enough in a given workshop, some sponsoring institutions allow for one or more assistants. By assisting a course, you have a chance to repeat the course material without paying for a class. Click here for more information and to download an application.
