Chakras in Relationship (weekend)
For individuals, the chakras provide a profound formula for wholeness;
for culture, they provide a template for transformation. Between these
two realms lies the challenge of relating to other individuals. Here the
chakras describe poinrts of contact and connection that occur between
two people, in relationships intimate or casual, personal or professional.
This workshop, taught by acclaimed writer Anodea Judith and her partner
Lion Goodman, brings you into dynamic connection with another being, chakra
by chakra, through yoga, play, communication, movement and more. Come
alone or with a partner- you will gain valuable tools to use in all your
relationships.

Seven
Windows to the Soul (weekend)
This workshop is the basic chakra weekend suitable for beginners and advanced
alike. It begins with an overview of the chakra system and its energy
currents, its use in diagnosis and treatment, with a showing of the DVD,
THE ILLUMINATED CHAKRAS. Saturdays’ workshop deals with the first
three chakras, through yoga postures, bio-energetic exercises, guided
meditations, and discussion of their role in the psychological and spiritual
balance of individuals. Sunday’s workshop deals with chakras 4-7
with partner yoga, breath work, chanting, psychic development, and meditation.

Psychology
of the Chakras (7-Day Intensive)
This workshop is the backbone of the Sacred Centers curriculum. Spending
one full day on each chakra, you will experience the energy in your own
body through hypnotherapeutic trance journeys, yoga practice, discussion,
interactive work with dyads, small groups, or class ceremonies. This is
an intense workshop that many claim to be life changing.

days)
This workshop takes the chakra journey from the top down, honing the ability
to bring your intentions and dreams into manifestation and completion.
From beliefs to visions to expression, to relationship, will, passion,
and completion, we will show you step by step how to use powerful techniques
for clearing away limiting beliefs, counter-intentions, negative voices,
and distractions to create your dream. Special focus is on using these
techniques offering your gift for the betterment of others.
