The chakra system provides a powerful framework for mind-body-spirit integration. Using an experiential approach, the workshop introduces seven energy centers in the body that correlate with human experience and well-being. Explore the dynamics of the system as a whole, the functioning of each chakra, and the interplay between mind, body and spirit. Learn about energy flow and balance, how to work with each chakra, and how the unconscious expresses itself through the body. Open to all levels of experience, this weekend fulfills the Introductory Chakra Workshop requirement for Anodea Judith’s Sacred Centers Chakra Certification Program.
